Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Nova Quality Cleaning Ltd. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Nova Quality Cleaning Ltd offers professional cleaning services for commercial, industrial, and residential properties, including but not limited to:
•Commercial & Office Cleaning
•Industrial Cleaning
•Building & Common Area Cleaning
•Window Cleaning
•House Cleaning (including deep cleans and move-in/move-out)
Custom cleaning plans are available upon request.
2. Booking and Cancellations
•Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or online inquiry.
•A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Access and Security
•Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.
•If the cleaning team is unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
•Clients should ensure that pets are secured and valuables are safely stored away.
4. Payments and Invoicing
•Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking (e.g., per visit, weekly, monthly).
•Invoices must be paid within 5 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
•We accept bank transfers, standing orders, and other approved payment methods.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
•If you’re not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the clean.
•We will return to resolve any reasonable concerns at no additional cost.
•Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Nova Quality Cleaning Ltd.
6. Liability and Insurance
•We are fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability.
•We take every care during service, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
•Any damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours for investigation.
7. Health & Safety
•We comply with all UK health and safety regulations.
•Our staff are trained in safe cleaning procedures and use only approved, safe products.
•We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous.
8. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
•Provide accurate information regarding the premises and access
•Ensure safe working conditions for our staff
•Communicate any special requirements or allergies in advance
•Notify us of any changes to bookings in a timely manner
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All client information, keys, codes, or property details are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared or used for any other purpose than agreed.
10. Amendments to Terms
Nova Quality Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
